📝 Position Overview

As an Appointment Setter at GoGlow Media, you will be responsible for contacting leads, qualifying them, and scheduling appointments for our closers. You are the first point of contact for many of our potential clients, so a professional and engaging demeanor is essential.

In this role, you will also draw on your knowledge of peptide therapy and wellness to have informed conversations with leads in the health and medical aesthetics space. You do not need to be a medical professional, but a solid basic understanding of the most common peptides on the market today is required.

📋 Key Responsibilities

📞 Conduct cold outreach and follow up with warm leads to generate interest.
🛡️ Handle objections and overcome initial resistance to secure meetings.
🎯 Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure high-quality appointments.
📅 Book appointments directly onto the closer's calendar.
🖥 Use CRM tools (GoHighLevel) to track calls, notes, and appointment status.
📊 Maintain accurate records of all interactions and outcomes.
🧬 Leverage basic peptide knowledge to have credible, educational conversations with leads in the wellness and medical aesthetics space.

✅ Requirements

📚 Experience

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales
  • Comfortable with cold calling / cold outreach
  • Basic working knowledge of common peptides (e.g. Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, HRT, NAD+, GHK-Cu, Retatrutide)

🗣️ Language

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Clear and professional phone voice

💻 Technical Skills

  • Experience with CRM software (GoHighLevel preferred)
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace / GSuite
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Quality headset with noise cancellation
