As a Closer with a specialty in peptide and wellness knowledge, you will play a vital role in converting qualified prospects into paying clients and driving revenue for the company.

📝 Position Overview

As a Closer at GoGlow Media, you will be responsible for running discovery and demo calls with qualified prospects, presenting our digital marketing services professionally, handling objections, and closing high-ticket deals. You are the revenue driver for the company, so a confident, consultative, and results-oriented approach is essential.

Critical: You'll be selling marketing services (Facebook & Instagram ads, SEO, websites, database reactivation) to medspas and peptide clinics. You need to understand how paid advertising works, marketing metrics, and lead generation to speak confidently about what we deliver. We'll train you on our specific strategies, but foundational marketing knowledge is a must.

In this role, you will also draw on your knowledge of peptide therapy and wellness to have informed, credible conversations with leads in the health and medical aesthetics space. You do not need to be a medical professional, but a solid basic understanding of the most common peptides on the market today is required.

📋 Key Responsibilities

📞 Conduct demo / discovery calls with qualified medspa and peptide clinic prospects.
🎯 Present GoGlow's marketing services professionally — paid ads, SEO, websites, database reactivation.
📊 Articulate how paid advertising, lead generation, and marketing metrics drive clinic growth.
🛡️ Handle objections and overcome resistance to close deals.
💰 Close high-ticket marketing packages and exceed monthly targets.
📈 Own your pipeline — manage follow-ups, re-engagement, and lead nurturing.
🔄 Master follow-up — proactively chase prospects until they close or clearly opt out.
🖥 Use GoHighLevel CRM to track calls, notes, pipeline, and deals.
🧬 Draw on peptide and medspa industry knowledge to connect marketing solutions to clinic business needs.
📝 Submit daily end-of-day reports on activity and pipeline progress.

✅ Requirements

📚 Experience

  • Marketing knowledge is a MUST — understanding of paid ads (Facebook / Instagram), lead generation, marketing metrics, and how digital marketing drives business growth
  • Proven experience in sales closing, high-ticket sales, or B2B sales
  • Experience selling marketing services, SaaS, or agency services is a plus
  • Comfortable running demo / discovery calls and closing deals
  • Strong follow-up discipline — you own your pipeline and chase every opportunity
  • Basic working knowledge of common peptides and medspa services (e.g., Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, HRT, NAD+, Botox, fillers)

💻 Technical Skills

  • Experience with GoHighLevel CRM (required)
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace / GSuite
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Quality headset with noise cancellation

🗣️ Language

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Confident, consultative phone presence

💵 Base salary + commission — $1,000/month base + 10% commission on closed deals
