Primary contact for 20–30+ accounts — onboard new
clients with clarity and confidence

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, resolve
concerns before they become churn risks

Coordinate with marketing, ads, and creative teams using
GHL, ClickUp, Slack, and FB Ads Manager
📊
Clear performance reports (leads, CPA, ROI) — analyze data
and recommend optimizations

Track your own KPIs: retention, upsell, CSAT and collect

✅ Requirements
📚 Experience
- 1–4 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
- Background in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency environments
- Sales experience or mindset — you spot upsells naturally
🗣️ Communication
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Clear, professional phone voice
- Strong presentation skills
