GoGlow Media runs patient acquisition for medical aesthetics and wellness clinics across the US. As CSM, you own onboarding, retention, upsells, and making sure every client hits their revenue goals.

Your weekly playbook.

  • 🤝Manage 20–30 client relationships end to end — from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
  • 📈Run weekly performance reviews and surface wins, risks, and next actions in plain language.
  • 💡Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities tied to each client's goals and results.
  • 🛡️Resolve issues before they become complaints — and before they become churn.
  • ⚙️Coordinate with marketing, creative, and ads teams so deliverables ship on time.
  • 📊Deliver clean performance reports (leads, CPA, ROI) clients can actually read.
  • Collect reviews, testimonials, and case studies from happy clients.

What you need

Experience

  • 1–4 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services.
  • Agency, SaaS, or digital marketing background (healthcare or wellness a plus).
  • A sales mindset — you can position upsells without being pushy.
